About Us
At Haja Mais Amor, our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to spread love and kindness in our community. Our dedicated team in Taubate, Brazil, goes out every other Monday and provides essentials like pre-made meals, clothing, and sandals to those in need. Our mission is not just about the items we offer but the hope and warmth we bring to the lives we touch. What sets our organization apart from others is the aspect of family and community rooted in our outreach. At all the stops we make to give food, we talk to the people in need and hear their stories (If interested, check the stories page!). The overall goal and use of donated money will be to expand the days of service to once a week and to pay for more supplies and food. Any donation or share significantly supports our mission, so thank you for reading!
We need to connect with people on a personal level. Our organization thrives on the belief that every act of kindness matters. When you share our story, you amplify the impact we can make together. As a Padre at Junipero Serra High School, I have seen firsthand the positive outcome of a strong community and love, so please support us by following our social media accounts or donating to our GoFundMe. My father and his father before him grew up in this town, which has dramatically allowed my dad to attend schooling and have good health. As the son of a Brazilian parent, I have found a passion for supporting the less fortunate in different communities. Let’s join hands to inspire change and foster a more loving world.
